Missing you.

Wednesday Matt left us for a trip to Malta. He is going with the swedish national team in 15's. Before when Matt was playing in Enköping I was used to beeing alone but now we are used to having him around all the time so we are missing him heeps back home. Luckily Im not really alone anymore, got baby girl, the dogs and loads of family and friends so I guess Im pretty good anyway :) But it sure will be nice to see him again on sunday evening ♥

Easter that came and went

Found some old photos from easter... might as well show them :) The Youngmans had a great easter holiday and as you can see we visited our new favourite spot down by the river not just once but twice.

Klara sure showed that she's a true kiwi girl when her dad gave her a marmite sandwich. She loved it!

Yesterday when Matt came home from work we quickly packed up and headed down to the river to catch some of that sunlight and maybe a fish or two :)

One thing Ive learnt this last year is to appreciate the moment.
That moment on the floor playing with Klara.
That moment when she leans in to give you a wet kiss.
That moment when the dogs are walking like angels and we all in harmony.
That moment when everything goes quiet and I can enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine. Just by myself.

Yesterday the whole family gathered to celebrate Klara bear turning 1. She was so happy everyone could make it :)

She was spoilt rotten .) Luckily she had cousin isa that could help with opening the presents.

Got the coolest runners from aunti Sara and Anton! Watch out this summer - she'll be fast in those!

Finished off the party by having cuddles on the couch. One tired babygirl went to sleep fast that evening :)

A year ago since you came to us baby girl ♥
Having you was nothing like we thought it would be - it have been so much better in every way!



So beautiful ♥

Klara is today such a happy, gentle, exploring little girl. We couldnt be more proud of her and have loved every second spent with her. Yesterday she weighed it at 9315 gram and measured 74 cm tall.

Every morning the fire place is lit and every morning these boys lie here. Sleeping another few hours before the days first walk.
