what to come.

Even tho this tiny bit of snow is long gone we all know that this - and plenty more - is what lies ahead. There is no way of escaping it. If not... thats right - you can always jump on a plane and fly thousands of miles to the other side of the world and soak up the sun for a few weeks! Yes we are counting down the days and no we have not started packing yet. Think I have to dust of my bikini and get started tho :) What we do have is a list of foods we are going to eat and people we want to visit!

Think we have to buy Cashie boy a colourful jacket before we go so he doesnt get lost in the snow. He will be a residence at the Bergman hotell when we are away. He is superexcited since he knows they've got very comfortable couches there :)
All and all we cant wait to jump on that plane and fly away, cant wait to show of our princess to all the kiwi folks ♥

Baking bread

The other weekend me, mum and my sisters met up and did some baking - the old-school-way :) first time for moi so that was pretty cool. Swear to god I had flour e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e tho :)

Needless to say we werent cold...

Klara Susan - dont know how it happenend but all of a sudden you became this little wee child. Cant call you baby anymore :) Éveryday is an adventure with her and she is so much fun now ♥

Standing by the zink washing hands and hair is a favourite and so is helping with the dishes.

With new people around she can be a bit shy but at home she is a real comedian :)

Oh yea sitting on the potty is also pretty fun! has to be done naked of course :)

working night

Well its almost midnight and im at work, missing my babies at home. But hopefully this night will go fast and Im soon home with them again. We are all fine except an occasional runny nose here and there.  It is what is to be expected due to daycare and shitty weather i guess. The first frost has already been and winter is just around the corner... But hey - that also means our nz-trip is getting closer! Counting down the days ♥

Crockpot

Last week Matt got a notice in the mail about a big parcel to pick up... what could it be we wondered?? The smile on Matts face when he saw it was a crockpot inside :) He has been going on about one for months and now he finally got one. Thank you Donna Youngman - you spoil us rotten and we love you ♥

The crockpot or slow cooker as you can call them is awsome - fill it with food and some liquid - put it on - go to work - come home - and voila - dinner's ready!
W tried it out last sunday and did some curry sausages :)

Last thursday we flew down to the house to visit the Martinskas family and Matt had to play a game of rugby. Its been a while but it didnt take long until the kids cuddled up next to each other on the couch

It was so nice and so weird at the same time seeing the house again. We miss it badly but are happy its beeing kept so nice in the hands of Budda and Vita and we still feel confident we made the right decision moving up here.

Even down there was birds to rapport in! Klara was teaching Arnas so he could take over by the time she had to leave :)

Saturday came with beautiful weather so when the men left us for the rugby we went exploring outside!

But mostly we just spend the time catching up and enjoying each others company!

Synday came around way too fast which meant flying home. Klara was such a good girl all weekend - even tho her sleeping and eating routins went out the window she still kept a smile on her face :)

Big weekend

Last friday we picked Budda up at the airport, he'd flown up from Enköping to help Matts rugbyteam at their first game. It didnt take long until Budda and Klara was best friends ♥ Thank you Pingu

Saturday came around and with that the big derby between Skellefteå and Umeå :) Leading up to the big game they played a few training games with mixed teams so everyone could have a go. Finally the derby was up, Matt picked out his best team and after an quite even game Skellefteå took home the victory with 15-10
Not bad for a team where the majority has only played rugby for abouts 2 months :)
All and all the day was a success, Matt has done such a good job opening peoples eyes for rugby!

Summer 2012 utdates

We had a lovely visit from Uppsala - Olof, Sanna and Vera called in to collect their late wedding gift on their way pass. A visit to Svansele vildmarkscamp was the present and it was well appreciated :)

Some of us even went swimmimg in the ocean. With only 12degress on the teperature gauge even Cash was a bit hesitant..

Because the weather has been a bit off this summer we tried to make the most of what we had :) Klara didnt seem to mind tho!

Finally the water warmed up enough for us to go swimming

Someone started a rugbyteam... soon time for their first game against Umeå. With 15-20 guys on every training we can surely call it a success!!

Spend alot of times hangning with the cousins ♥

Someone even turned really old... She was spoilt rotten and got a new bike from her awsome husband and parents :)

Me and Cash has been doing some dogtraining - getting back into the life of a one-dog-family ♥ Can safely say that we are getting there!

Klara has found a new hobby - rapporting in all the birds on street! Its a tough job but someone's gotta do it!

We visited the town library - needless to say that Klara found a little bit of heaven there...

So many walks - so much qualitytime ♥

Ive also got an extrahand helping me with the dishes now :)
