only food?

You might think all we do is eat because that's what all the photos shows... sadly people that really know us knows that true too :) Here we made homemade pizza - it was delicious! Salami, bacon, pinapple, banana, curry etc That the best thing with making your own - pile on everything that you love!

French toast with bacon, banana and maple syrup. A less healthier dinner option due do the financial crisis, but a pretty yummi one!
Also attempted to make Nana's famous Macaroni Cheese the other day, unfortunately no evidence could be captured before Matt ate it all. So due to my success Matt now renamed my version to Emma's Macaroni Cheese! Not a bad score from a very picky judge.

Its allready december, what happened really? Woke up this morning and it was -7... thank god for engine-heaters :) And since 1a Advent has fallen upon us one of these beatuiful xmas light is now seen in almost every swedish window, of coarse they all look different. This one use to be my granddads which I happily inherited!

Friday evening was spent down at the club when the yearly rugbyparty was held. So of course the coaches had to do their thing with speeches and awards.

Rally-lydnad

Wednesday today which means that me and Boston have a playdate together. We have started a dogcourse which is called Rally-lydnad. It is actually a sport that dogs compete in; walk around a course with lots of signs in it. Get the dog to perform what the sign shows and then move on to the next. You get points for every correct move and you have to do it as fast as possible.
I dont know if I'll compete with Boston but its fun to do some training with him :) He really love is it and always has a good night sleep after each training-session.

fire and marshmallows

Something rare happend the last weekend - we saw the sun! Since this happens so rarely at this time of the year we decided it was time for a day in the forest. A fire, lots of marshmallows, hot dogs, hot chocolate and good company was a good cure for an early winter depression. :) Hope there are plenty more of these days to come!

this was now. Not a month ago up in Skellefteå. All we get now is rain, rain and more rain.

another day - another dollar

Early tuesday morning and Matt has gone to work. This is where he work last week in enköping, today he's somewhere else but probably around a similar setting.

and while some people work hard other stay in bed... no i wish, im off to work too now and boston off to daycare :)

Another weekend has been and on friday evening (13/11) we headed home to our friends for some drinks. Theres was a yummi mixture of whiskey and coke, pepparkakor and glögg and lituanian sausages :) our bellies where very full by the end of the night.

we do our best to live and eat healthy during the weeks but when the weekend comes along we treat ourselves to eat more bad food. Here its pancakes with banana and maplesyrup for breakfast. :) yummi !! the rest of the weekend was spent over Matts school books so it was a good start!

Kiora everyone. The other day it was nice and sunny and we where strolling in the yellow leafs, today its freezing and i wouldnt be surprised if it started snowing any second. So me and Boston and cuddling up on the couch under a blanket and warming up after a walk in the forest. Matt was cold too so had to shoot pass his work with a warmer jacket! Im not really prepared for the winter to come already but I'll definitely put on my winterjacket tonight when im going to work.

Norrland - watch out!

This wednesday we are packing the car and heading up to see the family. First stop is in Sundsvall where we are spending the night. So now the preparations are starting- gotta get the wintertyres on the car and pack the bags :) Are looking forward to a few days holiday!

While the boys where bringing back the trophy to Enköping I spent the weekend in our lovely capital with my mum, the aunties and cousin Ida. Shopping, musical and dinner was on the schedule.
